AppsFlyer template

Free AppsFlyer → Google Sheets reporting template

A reporting structure built around how AppsFlyer data actually arrives — aggregate spend on one side, deduplicated event counts on the other, SKAN kept separate.

No spam, no sequence — a person replies within one business day. Prefer email? alex@operamos.com

What happens after you submit

Within one business day you'll get a reply from a human who has actually looked at what you sent — not a calendar link blast.

If you shared a sample report, we review its structure first (tabs, sections, KPI columns) so the first call starts from your reality, not a generic pitch.

Anything you share stays private: view-only access is enough, we never edit, and we're happy to sign an NDA first.

What's inside

Tabs & columns
WeeklyISO week · Spend · Installs · KPI events (deduplicated) · CPI · CAC · ROAS — with monthly section headers
Reconciliationplatform-claimed vs AppsFlyer-attributed per channel, variance % with a threshold flag
SKANseparate iOS columns so coarse postbacks never pollute the attributed series
Definitionsa written block for event names, prefixes, geos and timezone — the contract your formulas follow

How to use it

  1. Fill the Definitions block first — which event is a 'customer', which prefixes are in scope, which timezone is 'a week'
  2. Pull aggregate spend/installs into Weekly (Master API export), and your KPI event counts deduplicated per user (Raw Data Pull export)
  3. Paste platform spend into Reconciliation and read the variance column — stable is fine, jumps are findings
  4. Add a monthly section header every month; never overwrite past weeks

Then let Opera keep it updated

The template gives you the structure; the weekly grind of filling it is exactly what Opera automates — both AppsFlyer APIs pulled with your filters, appended under the current section, reconciled, summarized. See how reporting automation works.
